Who is providing these t-shirts? These t-shirts have been designed by Retro Kiwi (www.retrokiwi.com) and are produced by their manufacturing partner in Germany (ie not an Asian sweatshop!) Orders are available online and delivered to your door for less than £20! What is the cost of the shirts and shipping? Each shirt costs £16.90. The shipping costs for one shirt is £2.20, for two or more shirts the cost is a total of £4.00 My hometown is not listed! Oh dear! With the 50/Fifty concept only 50 of New Zealand's placenames have been created with a limit of fifty shirts per place with the limited design. HOWEVER, you can use the Feedback Form to request your hometown be added to the list. It will of course have a limit of 50 shirts. Can I buy these t-shirts from New Zealand, Australia or the USA? Unfortunately, our supplier does not process orders to outside of the UK, Europe or Japan at this time. What is the sizing Guide? We have provided size guide charts on the Size Chart page. As a general rule, mens shirts are as sized as they are in NZ and for women, S=8, M=10, L=12, XL=14 Can I buy these products in a shop anywhere? Unfortunately, no. These products can only be purchased exclusively through our internet shop. Delivering our products via the web helps to keep the prices reasonable. Returns and Exchanges From time to time, despite strict quality controls, sometimes mistakes happen. Our Manufacturing Partner has a generous Returns Policy compliant with EU Rules. Please do not return goods without contacting them first. Please send an email with the order number and the problem to: service@spreadshirt.net and they will then work out the return process with you individually. The Customers Service team will keep in contact with you throughout the process. Why are only New Zealand Placenames listed? Currently the 50places50shirts site only caters for NZ placenames. But that does not mean that we won't do an Australian or South African promotion in the near future. So get in early and suggest your hometown through our Feedback Form: |
